Why you'll love this role:

We are excited to invite a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regulatory strategy and day‑to‑day execution for a fast‑moving CPG portfolio spanning skincare, supplements and period care products sold in the U.S. through retail partners, Amazon, and our own DTC site. This role is ideal for a hands‑on regulatory professional who can operate independently, build practical compliance processes, and partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Legal, and Supply Chain to enable speed‑to‑market without compromising compliance.

The ideal candidate brings experience across cosmetics and medical devices (or device‑adjacent regulated products), strong working knowledge of FDA requirements, marketing claim substantiation, and product registrations/listings, and is comfortable translating regulations into clear, business‑friendly guidance.

Reporting directly to the President, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth as an early member of a rapidly growing startup.

Most importantly, we hope you share our enthusiasm for our products and the mission that drives us. If you are passionate about what we do and eager to contribute to our cause, we would love to hear from you!
