The OpportunityOur client is a global, founder‑led luxury organization seeking a senior, client‑facing operator to work directly with a senior commercial leader as a true extension of their role across client relationships, business development, and executive operations.
This is a high‑trust, high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management and operational execution. You’ll bring structure, systems, and follow‑through to a complex client ecosystem while confidently engaging with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and advisors.
The ideal candidate combines executive‑level presence and communication with strong operational instincts and commercial curiosity. You’ll help ensure top clients are thoughtfully managed, relationships continue to deepen, and nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do Client Services & Relationship Management- Act as a direct extension of the executive in managing high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth client relationships
- Own client touchpoints end‑to‑end, including email monitoring, follow‑ups, outreach, and prioritization
- Ensure key relationships remain warm, proactive, and thoughtfully managed
- Support gifting and client engagement strategies (holidays, milestones, bespoke moments)
- Conduct deep research on top‑tier clients and identify opportunities to expand and deepen relationships through services, access, and personalization
- Interface confidently with lawyers, wealth managers, family offices, and other trusted advisors
- Partner closely with the executive to bring structure, systems, and organization to a fast‑moving business
- Manage inbox priorities, client‑related communications, and action items
- Support proposal development, presentations, and client‑facing materials (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required)
- Coordinate across internal specialists and external partners to move initiatives forward
- Assist with select personal and family‑office‑related matters (e.g., real estate projects), with discretion and judgment
- Support additional senior leadership (≈25% of time) and other specialists as needed
- Organize current client needs and business priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap
- Support business development efforts by tracking prospects, opportunities, and next steps
- Think entrepreneurially about how the business can better serve sophisticated clients and investors
- Identify process gaps and implement systems that improve efficiency and elevate the client experience Qualifications & Profile
- 5–8+ years of experience in a client‑facing, executive support, client services, or BD‑adjacent role
- Experience in luxury, financial services, private client, family office, or high‑end service environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals in a polished, professional manner
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly systems‑oriented; comfortable with proposals, Excel, presentations, and structured follow‑through
- Commercially curious and business‑minded with strong judgment and common sense
- Able to operate independently while thriving in a small, high‑performance team
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive personal and professional matters
- Comfortable working fully onsite, five days per week
