DESCRIPTION

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a self‑driven, highly organized, customer‑obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Head of Global TV. This high impact, high visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills. The right candidate will understand leader and team priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements that build capacity for the leadership team. As the lead EA of the Amazon MGM Studios TV organization, this role partners with the leadership team and their EAs to foster a process‑driven, efficient, and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate must work successfully in a team environment, building effective relationships with peers, stakeholders, and partners inside and outside the group while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of business objectives to support team goals and a thorough grasp of organizational procedures and best practices that drive operational efficiency. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
