Retail Store Manager

Ollie's Bargain Outlet -  - Responsibilities:
Provide financial oversight of sales and profit goals to include management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key company initiatives;
Demonstrates Ollies customer service focus and coach, train, develop, supervise, and schedule store associates;
Execute merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes;
Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets;
Provide exceptional associate and customer service experiences and ensure company standards are demonstrated in interactions
