Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

UVA Community Health is seeking to employ an Inpatient Hospitalist NP or PA to join our rapidly growing provider team at Culpeper Medical Center. Culpeper Medical Center proudly serves the growing and diverse northern Virginia community through an integrated network of inpatient and outpatient services and programs. Our campus is home to our 70‑bed community hospital, Family Birth Center, and 24/7 emergency department.

• Visiting bedside and answering questions
• Ordering tests, medications and treatments
• Communicating with patients, their families and their primary care physician on condition and care
• Consulting with additional specialists, as needed
• Providing discharge instructions about further care, medication and follow-up
• Sending a hospital care summary to your primary care physician
