Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership:
    Supervise the delivery of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive infusions.
  • Clinical Leadership:
    Ensure adherence to oncology protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Clinical Leadership:
    Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Clinical Leadership:
    Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other care providers to coordinate patient care.

    Lead and support nursing and ancillary staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

    Develop staffing schedules and manage coverage to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

Education: 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Graduate Degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting required. Oncology experience preferred. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.

Liscensure: Current RN licensure in applicable state required. Certification in specialized area preferred.
