EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of lightweight composite products for the aerospace industry, is searching for a meticulous Quality Control Technician to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia.

Regular Full-Time Position
Compensation:Starting at $18.00/hourly
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by:
- Preparing material samples for various testing procedures.
- Conducting visual, physical, mechanical, rheological, and chemical tests on non‑metallic materials and equipment.
- Performing receiving inspection tests including review of out‑time of frozen products during transit, issuing acceptance stickers and approval records.
- Evaluating measuring instruments and heat‑treating equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Accepting or rejecting materials and instruments based on test results and established criteria.
- Documenting test setups and results thoroughly and accurately, and entering data in ERP.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide feedback and support regarding quality control findings.
- Testing products on a first‑in first‑out basis unless otherwise directed by Planning.
- Managing the test sheet inventory and providing test sheets to shipping as needed without delay.
- A strong understanding of physics and math concepts.
- A technical background (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
- Working knowledge of various measurement units used in material testing.
- The ability to work different shifts.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable reaching, bending, and climbing.
