Position SummaryThe Honeycomb Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality honeycomb blocks in accordance with production orders and quality standards. This role includes operating production equipment, dip tanks, ovens, and forklifts, completing required documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Regular, Full-Time - Pay Type:
Hourly, Non-Exempt - Starting Pay: $18.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Select and process the correct honeycomb materials per production orders
- Set up and operate honeycomb expansion tables, dip tanks, and curing/stability ovens
- Input accurate data into production machinery and scanning systems
- Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with company policies
- Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and occasional dust
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
- Basic math skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/packaging, or heavy lifting environments (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred or willing to be trained)
- Shift Work Required – must be available for assigned shift
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
