Join the crew shaping high-quality castings in Culpeper, VA. Bingham & Taylor is growing and hiring across multiple production roles on our expanding second shift.

• Mold Operator – Operate molding equipment, verify setups, and ensure molds meet production specs.
• Pour Deck Operator – Manage molten metal pours into molds with precision and strict safety practices.
• Core Room Operator – Build accurate sand cores; confirm dimensions and integrity for downstream use.
• Grinder Operator (Cleaning Room) – Grind, clean, and finish castings to quality standards.
• Team Leads – Guide third-shift production teams, coordinating workflow, quality, and safety.

• Hours:
  
  Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Starting Pay: $17.50/hour + shift differential
