Home Instead is hiring Home Caregivers/Home Care Aides to provide companionship, personal care (grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, incontinence care), meal prep, and light housekeeping across multiple local areas with flexible shifts. Pay is $17.50–$18.00/hr with weekly pay, benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401k match eligibility), paid training, sick leave accrual, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and a $700 referral bonus. • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Must have three professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
