We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part‑time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home‑like youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (ACTH) in Culpeper, VA.

$5,000 sign‑on & retention bonus for part‑time, new hire nurses!

• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3 p‑11 p
• Thursday & Friday 3 p‑11 p

• Provide compassionate nursing care to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home.
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care.
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health.
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans.
• Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards.
• Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve.
• Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed.

• Licensure:
  Current valid, unrestricted registered nurse license in Virginia.
• Knowledge:

  Valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments.
