UVA Community Health is excited to announce the opening of Family Medicine and Same Day Care Dominion in Culpeper, Virginia. We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice that provides exceptional care to the community.

• Impact: establish a new practice of 5 providers from the ground up.
• Collaborative environment: work with interdisciplinary teams, including CMAs and LPNs.

• New office, EPIC EMR.

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventative services, chronic disease management, and acute care.
