The Project Engineer will also serve as on-site coverage for the Construction Manager (CM) when needed, providing essential support in maintaining project continuity and oversight.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the work.
- Track progress, maintain project documentation, and support QA/QC efforts.
- Utilize web-based project management software, including Procore (or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and master it).
- Support change management, RFI processing, submittal reviews, and field inspections.
- Ensure that project activities are aligned with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Participate in construction meetings, report progress, and help identify and resolve field issues in real time.

- A minimum of 4 years of post-graduate construction experience, with hands-on involvement in electrical and/or mechanical trades.
- Previous experience using web-based project management tools, with a strong preference for experience in Procore or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working full-time on an active construction site.
- This is a 40-hour/week on-site position with no overtime.
- The Project Engineer must be available to provide coverage for the Construction Manager (CM) when needed.
- Electrical and mechanical trade experience is a key asset in this role.
