UVA Health is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Anesthesiologists to join our new in-house team at Culpeper Medical Center. This is a great opportunity to practice in a supportive community hospital with the resources of a leading health system.
Position HighlightsFlexible block scheduling (7 on/7 off, 14 on/14 off, or similar)
Inpatient-focused with occasional APP oversight
Access to specialty support in surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and OB/GYN
Call schedule: Minimal Call
Epic EMR
Community hospital setting (51-100 beds; ~2,250-2,500 annual cases)
Base salary: $450K-$525K
Sign-on bonus (negotiable) + relocation assistance
CME: $6,000 + time off
Vacation: 10 weeks

Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Non-productivity incentives
MD/DO;
Board Eligible or Board Certified in AnesthesiologyACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
