Support Worker, Family Advocacy & Support Services

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Young Persons Support Worker to join our Supported Housing Team in Cullompton.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting young people as they take steps toward independence. You'll build positive, professional relationships, help create a welcoming community atmosphere, and guide individuals as they work towards the goals that matter most to them.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of supported accommodation, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort.
• Manage a caseload, providing structured support planning and guidance.
• Support young people with housing-related tasks, including communication with local Housing Options teams.
  • Support young people to build confidence, sustain volunteering or employment, and maintain future tenancies.
  • Provide guidance on independent living, finances, relationships, and life skills.

Who we are looking for

• Motivated, Compassionate and Experience Support Worker
• A driving licence would be essential.
• Able to commit to full-time work Monday-Friday
