We pay for your whole shift, including travel time and any gaps between visits, so you can focus on making a positive difference without worrying about the clock.

• Early Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Late Shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

You’ll be supporting people across Tiverton, Cullompton, Sampford Peverell and nearby villages — helping people stay independent in the homes and communities they love.

• Providing friendly personal care and encouragement
• Supporting with meals, medication and everyday living
• Offering meaningful companionship
• Recording visits quickly and easily through our Beehive Care app

If you’re new to care, don’t worry — we’ll guide you, mentor you, and help you grow in confidence.

• Full‑time or flexible part‑time roles
• Guaranteed pay for your full shift, plus 45p per mile
