Job responsibilitiesWe provide MSK Physiotherapy clinics from locations across Mid Devon but primarily working from either Tiverton & Cullompton or Okehampton & Crediton. You will be part of a larger MSK service providing MSK services across Exeter, Mid and East Devon; with an Advanced Practice arm providing community Orthopaedic Interface and FCP services across primary care.
Training and development opportunities are in high supply here, whether you are interested in clinical or leadership development courses we'll support you in finding the best way to grow. We actively encourage CPD and you will have an opportunity to spend time with our range of MSK specialists as part of your CPD.
Support and wellbeing: all new team members have a tailored induction and you’ll have full support to help you find your feet in the first few days and weeks. Not forgetting, your friendly team will be on hand to offer ongoing guidance and support, with your manager providing regular 1:1s and appraisals. Plus, there’s plenty of Trust‑wide events and activities focussed on wellbeing!
Working hours:
this role is full‑time (37.5 hrs per week) but part‑time hours would be considered. We have a flexible working policy that we are happy to discuss to establish suitable options for you and the department. Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours between 08:00 and 18:00.
