Position: URGENT NEEDED Senior Hair Stylist
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious employed Level 3 Senior Hair Stylist to join our friendly, vibrant team. We are looking for someone who is skilled, confident and experienced in all aspects of Hairdressing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, providing exceptional customer experiences aned staying updates on the latest trends.

We are a unisex Aveda , AWARD WINNING salon with a large number of both men and women clientele and we are now located at a brand new premises with amazing facilities onsite such as a 24 hour gym, a beauty salon, farm shop and Cafè and much more! We also have free onsite parking!

* Key responsibilities-
* -Perform a variety of hair services including colouring, cutting, styling, and treatments, barbering, and preferabley Bridal hair

-Confident in all colouring techniques- including Balayage, creative colours, and colour correction work

-Staying updated on the latest trends

-Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers needs are met

-Maintain a clean and organised workspace by adhering to the health and safety regulations, with the helping hand of our Saturday girls

-Offer a thorough consultation with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and offer recommendations based on their hair type and face shape.

-Upsell salon products and services to clients

* Requirements-
* - A minimum of 3 years salon experience

-Full qualifications with proven experience with a portfolio showcasing your expertise

-Proficient in all colour, cutting, styling and barbering techniques

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique preferences

-Ambitious and motivated with a desire to grow clientele.

-Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills, focusing on client satisfaction
