We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupils' academic progress, confidence, and independence during this key stage of their learning.

• Plan and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned Year 3 lessons
• Support pupils as they transition from KS1 to KS2
• Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Uphold safeguarding and child welfare at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome
• Understanding of the KS2 curriculum (Year 3 experience desirable)
• Positive, nurturing, and consistent classroom approach
