Part Time - Customer Service Loader Associate

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Loader Associate at Lowe's, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service while ensuring our store is welcoming, safe, and well-stocked. In this position, you will:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to assist them with their inquiries.
• Efficiently retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Provide support to customers and team members in moving merchandise safely.
• Load purchased items into customer vehicles and maintain product availability on the shelves.
• Prioritize safety while lifting and handling products frequently throughout your shift.

This part‑time position generally requires 25 hours of work per week, with potential for more based on store needs. You should have:

• Flexible availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week.
• The physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform tasks throughout your shifts.
• The ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance, with potential to lift heavier items.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience using computers for inputting, accessing, and modifying information.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience with retail technology, including smartphones and tablets.
• A willingness to obtain any required sales‑related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in a retail setting.
• 6 months as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware retail environment.
• Experience working in various departments at Lowe's.
• Experience in retail merchandising, including stocking, pricing, and maintaining displays.
• 6 months of experience handling and loading products or materials in/out of vehicles.
