The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming ravship the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
