A community kitchen in Alabama is seeking a Cook to oversee food preparation and service standards. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, experience in food preparation, and a SERV Safe certificate. Responsibilities include preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness in food service areas, and keeping accurate records of kitchen activities and temperatures. This role requires excellent sanitation practices and the ability to meet dietary needs.

The shift schedule is Monday to Friday with additional weekends and holidays as required.
