The Director of Nursing / Branch Director oversees the operations of the home health agency in Cullman, AL, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and compliance with Medicare regulations. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This role requires a visionary leader with strong clinical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for home health care.

• As Branch Director, supervise the clinical operations of the team of field staff and report directly to the Agency Administrator.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
• Leverage previous home health and management experience; strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is helpful as plans of care are reviewed daily.

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
• Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.

• Must have a current driver s license and automobile insurance.
