About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on client communication, scheduling, and administrative support in a structured office environment.

Responsibilities

- Answer and return calls professionally and courteously

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Follow up with clients and messages

- Manage communication via phone and email

- Maintain organized records and daily administrative tasks

- Support the operations team as needed

Requirements

- Native or near-native English proficiency (at least C1 level)

- 1+ year of customer service experience

- Strong communication skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)

- Professional and reliable attitude
