The role focuses on operating gravure and offset press equipment to deliver high‑quality, multi‑color printed work.

Available shifts:

• 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, with required OT

• 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, with required OT

Pay Rate: $26.00 /hr – $32.00 /hr
Shift differentials:

• 2nd

Shift: $2.00 /hr

• 3rd Shift: $3.00 /hr

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain gravure or multi‑color offset press to print single‑color, two‑color, and multi‑color jobs, including large solids, screen tints, line and halftones with critical color values and registration requirements.
• Review job specifications to determine press setup according to run imposition.
• Perform make‑ready tasks such as hanging plates, installing cylinders, inspecting plates/cylinders for imperfections, and adjusting tension and registration.
• Make color corrections and press adjustments before production to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; make minor repairs and replace worn or broken parts as required.
• Perform periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.

• Comprehensive knowledge of techniques, procedures, materials, specifications, equipment, and safety requirements for setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining press equipment.
• Skill in complex manipulations and mechanical procedures to set up, adjust, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and determine the most appropriate press usage and settings.
• Skill in using a micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.
