Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and improve their experience.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store and area to assist guests and resolve issues.
• Thank guests and reinforce their choice to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment; be familiar with fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other Target App features.
• Handle returns following store policies and escalate to leaders as needed.
• De-escalate situations with leaders to recover the guest shopping experience, following policies and procedures.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up orders, including compliance with applicable laws.
• Support cash office processes as needed.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• Accurate cash handling and support for cash office operations as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; occasional lifting up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible shift availability (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs; must work at least one shift within 5 months or face administrative termination.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and environments depending on duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Be mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts.
