Performance / Strength & Conditioning Coach

Lead dynamic group training sessions and personal training for youth, adults, and teams.

• Foster a positive, high-energy, motivating environment every single session.
• Modify programs to meet each athlete’s goals, strengths, and limitations. Teach proper form, movement, and safety with precision. Build deep relationships — know every athlete’s goals and help them crush them. Provide ongoing education and accountability in strength, speed, and nutrition.

• Experience:
  • 2+ years coaching in a strength & conditioning, group training, or personal training setting
• Certifications:
  • Valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • NCCA-accredited certification (e.g., NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, etc.)
  • CSCS is preferred
• Sports Background:
  • Major plus if you have played competitive sports!
• Education:
  
  High school diploma + personal training certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or a related field is preferred
• Soft Skills:
  
  High-energy, passionate, coachable, strong communication, and team-first mindset

• $30–$50/hr based on experience + performance incentives.
