Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help keep our spa running smoothly while supporting sales growth and team development. • Sales Leadership & Coaching
• Bring enthusiasm and confidence to sales and training
• Coach and support front desk associates in memberships, gift cards, and retail product sales
• Step in to mentor team members who may be struggling and help them build confidence and skills
• 
  
  Required:
  
  5+ years of sales experience

• Oversee daily front desk operations and set the tone for exceptional guest service
• Train and support sales associates while fostering a positive, professional team culture
• Work closely with the Spa Manager to maintain a calm, welcoming, and organized spa environment
• Serve as a reliable backup to the Spa Manager by stepping in to support daily operations, decision-making, and supporting the team as needed

• Share the health and wellness benefits of our services with guests in an authentic, approachable way
• Help maximize schedules and commission opportunities

• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
• Support the Spa Manager with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Conduct walk-throughs to ensure the spa is clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Jump in where needed — assisting spa professionals with room turnover, maintaining common areas, and helping keep the spa looking its best
• Help open or close the spa if needed
