- Know and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
- Educate guests on how to use Target App features, including Wallet, and direct them to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering as needed.
- Assist with returns following register prompts; collaborate with Leaders to resolve issues per Target policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area; manage unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers.
- Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available for guests.
- Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance standards; report hazards and address them when possible.
- Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and related duties, including compliance with applicable laws.
- Other duties as needed by business needs.
- Effective communication and a welcoming, helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to educate guests about products and services and engage around them.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or with a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to stay composed under pressure; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
