Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

Join Sam's Club as a Member Assist Cart Attendant. This role helps shape the member’s entire shopping experience by ensuring a well‑kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, and maintaining ready carts. You will be constantly on your feet, rain or shine, supporting a positive first and last impression.

• Maintain a clean, well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading and unloading vehicles and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stand for long periods and move quickly and accurately while supporting members.
• Rescue and resolve member issues, and ensure safety sweeps and facility cleanliness.
• Track pickup orders, notify members of delays, and offer alternative products.
• Use cash registers and payment systems to process transactions accurately.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services, and maintain member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for long periods.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual; availability to work varied hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail or customer‑service environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr.
