Responsibilities- Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Support outside sales in developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
- Build, guide, and develop an engaged crew team that delivers exceptional customer care and business results.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
- Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
- Show pride in operating a store recognized for safety and appearance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for delivering customer care and building long‑term relationships.
- Knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels; awareness of seasonal shifts is a plus.
- High personal drive and self‑motivation to achieve business goals.
- Strong customer focus and high energy in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer/print catalog systems.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for collaborative customer service.
- Additional advantages:
- Technical or trade‑school education or degree.
- Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
- Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto‑body/collision, or fast‑food/restaurant/convenience‑store management.

- ASE certifications.
