Registered Nurse

Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. The primary responsibilities include assessing patients and providing care efficiently within an ambulatory care setting.

• Assess patient health status, including interviewing patients, reviewing medical history, labs, radiographs, and psychosocial needs.
• Collect and document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient care activities in EMR.
• Administer therapies, medications, and blood products safely under physician supervision.
• Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, and maintain central line catheters.
• Facilitate dose modifications, consult physicians, and manage symptom control per treatment protocols.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and minor surgical interventions.
• Provide patient and family teaching and psychosocial support.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, therapies, and charge capture for reimburse men

• Valid RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, with a BSN preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working as a Nurse.
