Machine Operator Assistant
Staffmark is seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator Assistant to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. No previous experience is required – if you're dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $16 - $16.50/hour (depending on shift)
Shifts AvailableA Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Week 1:
Mon / Tue / Fri / Sat
Week 2:
Sun / Wed / Thu
D Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Wed / Thu / Fri & every other Tuesday
Requirements- No prior machine operator or production experience required
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness and ability to convert materials as trained
- Safety shoes required (composite or steel toe)
- Potential for future Machine Operator advancement
- Ability to measure and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 of an inch
