Compensation: $55-$75 per clinical hour, depending on licensure, billing entity, and session type.

We are currently hiring:
Licensed clinical therapists with experience working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. Bilingual candidates are highly valued in our diverse environment.

• Employee status (W-2)
• 401K with a 3% contribution from ICP (begins after 6 months of employment)
• Flexible unpaid time off with the ability to take up to 5 weeks annually

• Continuing Education for up to 12 CEU's per year
• Consistent stream of referrals
• Flexible schedules, with a minimum of 12 client hours per week
• Individual and group consultation and supervision
• Opportunities to earn additional income through supervision and blog writing

• Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW)
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health
• Passionate about supporting others
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week with flexible options for full-time
• Work hours include at least 2 evenings per week or 1 evening per week and hours on Saturday or Sunday with at least 8 sessions at prime time: 5 pm – 9 pm weeknights or weekends

• Private practice experience
• Background in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
• Registered with CAQH and holds an NPI number
• Specialized training in areas such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR
