RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy are seeking a full-time BCBA to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team. We provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In this role, you’ll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old. This position requires supervising line therapists, completing assessments, writing reports, and collaborating with families, other therapists, and school teams.

BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and collaborate with BTs to support client success.

• Complete and maintain required trainings and comply with government regulations
• Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity
• Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual
• Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis
