- Efficiently process client transactions with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and knowledge.
- Accurately open, maintain, and close consumer deposit accounts and services, including identifying cross‑selling and referral opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of ACBT’s core processing system, products, and services, as well as conversational knowledge of other business areas such as lending and wealth management.
- Deliver quality, personalized service to meet client needs and develop loyal advocates.
- Address client inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services, effectively resolving issues.
- Provide in‑person, phone, and electronic support for issues related to debit cards, online/mobile banking, and treasury management services.
- Recognize potential fraud and manage risk by demonstrating sound judgment and thorough scrutiny.
- Adhere to regulatory and bank policies, remaining up‑to‑date on all necessary training.

- Flexibility with schedule and the ability to rotate between bank locations
- Minimum of an Associate degree from an accredited university;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Additional bank‑related training and/or retail banking experience is a plus
- Cash handling required
- 1–2 years’ work experience in a banking environment, preferably as a personal banker or universal banker
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
