Position Overview
Crystal Lake School District 47 currently has openings for Summer School Reading Recovery/DL Teachers (Title I and Title III). The goal of this position is to provide resource, diagnostic services and supplemental reading program for selected at‑risk students.
Program DetailsThe Summer Program will run from June 1, 2026 through June 25, 2026 at Glacier Ridge. Time will be 7:30 am–12:15 pm. Days are Monday–Thursday.
Pay will be $193.22 per day. There will also be a $300 bonus for licensed staff who are returning for Summer School from last year (2025) in District 47. It is a requirement to work the entire summer program.
Requirements- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License required
- Reading Specialist required
- Bilingual Educator Teaching endorsement for DL
