Accounts Administrator

Location:

Crumlin area Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Reed Accountancy are delighted to be partnered with a growing company based in the Crumlin area in the appointment of an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team! The successful Accounts Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accuracy across multiple financial touchpoints, often under tight time frames.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role:
Process and reconcile incoming and outgoing financial transactions using internal accounting systems. Prepare customer billing, issue statements, and support credit control activities. Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, credit notes, and purchase documentation. Carry out regular bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring cash flow. Contribute to monthly and year-end reporting cycles. Liaise with external partners to resolve account discrepancies or queries.

Assist in preparing statutory financial returns and compliance-related documentation. Oversee petty cash, staff expenses, and related financial logs. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial data. Provide general administrative assistance to the finance function and broader operations team. Support the preparation of routine operational reports and coordinate daily scheduling tasks. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance-related processes and support periodic reporting requirements.

Handle finance-related email and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
