£25,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE approx £45,000). With experience you could earn £50,000–£70,000 a year.

We are looking for a motivated field sales professional to take a door‑to‑door sales role with Virgin Media O2. If you enjoy meeting people, talking to customers, and the prospect of strong earnings, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be out knocking on doors, turning conversations into customers, and treating your territory like your own business. You’ll build relationships, follow up leads, and meet sales targets in a competitive, high‑earning environment.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work 12‑8pm shifts

• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Resilient, motivated and target‑driven
• Positive, can‑do attitude and hunger to earn

• £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (top earners make £50k–£70k)
