The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs and installations within occupied domestic properties. This may be extended to void properties when required.
Role Criteria:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations - to include AM2
* City & Guilds 18th Edition
* Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
* Previous domestic, social housing experience
Desirable
* Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent (2394/2395)
* Domestic ventilation course
A full UK driving license is essential.
