Position: Plumber – Domestic & Commercial
Location: New Addington

Plumber – Domestic & Commercial - South London - £45,000

Established South London contractor seeking an experienced Plumber to join a growing, stable team covering residential blocks and commercial sites.

This is a long-term PAYE role with weekly pay, consistent overtime, and realistic earnings of £50k+.

What’s on offer:

 * £40,000 basic + £5,000 call-out retainer

* 1-in-5 call-out rota

(£450 standby + x1.5 Mon–Sat / x2 Sundays – door-to-door)

* Weekly pay (PAYE)

* Regular overtime (typically £5k+ per year)

* Company van + fuel card

* Tools, PPE, phone & tablet provided

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Pension (3% employer / 5% employee)

The work:

* Domestic & commercial plumbing maintenance

* HIUs, district heating systems & plant rooms

* Repairs and installations within flats and high-rise buildings

* Local South London & surrounding areas only

What we’re looking for:

* NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Experience in domestic and commercial plumbing

* Knowledge of HIUs / district heating (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence
