Technical Sales Engineer

Location: South Croydon

A well-established and growing manufacturer and supplier of marine systems is seeking a motivated and technically-minded individual to join its sales team. With a broad product range serving all sectors of the marine industry, the company has experienced consistent growth and is now entering an exciting phase of expansion. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys both technical challenges and building strong customer relationships.

Youll be part of a dynamic, supportive team, working closely with clients and internal departments to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customer enquiries and build a strong sales pipeline. Deliver technical quotations and proposals based on client needs. Ensure prompt and professional handling of all customer queries. Liaise with customers to identify the most effective product solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to meet customer expectations. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Background in the marine industry or a technical/engineering environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong relationship builder with a customer-first mindset. High level of accuracy, discipline, and organisational ability. Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven. Able to work independently and take initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Comfortable with numbers and technical details. Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented. Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
