Keston Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Workshop Heavy Plant Foreman to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy plant and equipment within a busy workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise workshop fitters and technicians Plan and manage servicing, maintenance, and repairs of heavy plant Ensure all work meets health, safety, and compliance standards Diagnose faults and provide hands-on technical support Manage job scheduling, records, and parts availability Requirements:
Proven experience in a heavy plant or plant maintenance supervisory role Strong mechanical knowledge (hydraulics, diesel engines, electrics) Leadership and team management skills Safety-focused with strong organisational ability Desirable:
Mechanical or plant engineering qualification Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
