CARE ASSISTANT

Position at Cinnamon Care Collection
, Rokewood Court, Kenley, UK. Full‑time hours – includes alternate weekend working. Pay: £13.15 per hour plus company benefits.

Rokewood Court is a luxury 64‑bed care home providing the most luxurious surroundings and the very best in care and support.

• Provide compassionate care to residents, including residential and dementia care.
• Support residents in maintaining independence, choice and individuality.
• Work as part of a close‑knit team, supporting each other and upholding care standards.
• Assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility and hygiene as required.

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (or willingness to attend).
• Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
