Location:
South London
Salary: £40,000 – £46,000
A well-rounded Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role based on a large commercial site in South London.
Responsibilities:
* Electrical and mechanical planned maintenance
* Basic HVAC, plumbing, and building fabric works
* Reactive fault finding and repairs
* Ensuring all works are completed in line with site procedures
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Commercial building services experience
* Good communication and fault-finding skills
