The company continues to go from strength to strength, partnering with a range of blue-chip clients across the M&E maintenance sector. As part of their expansion, they are now looking to add a Surveyor / Consultant to their specialist team.

In this role, you will enjoy full autonomy to manage your own desk, providing consultancy services to clients, conducting condition surveys, and overseeing projects from concept through to completion. This is a Monday-to-Friday role offering flexible working hours (37.5 hours per week).

This position would suit someone with consultancy or surveying experience seeking the next step in their career, with an expanding company that offers full autonomy, progression and long term stability.

Delivering M&E consultancy services.

Proven consultancy / surveying background.

Experience with in M&E / Building Services.
Commutable to Croydon.
