• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for students at various levels, including Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, question, and experiment.
• Implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Utilize innovative resources, technology, and practical demonstrations to enhance the learning experience and stimulate interest in science.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessments, and educational programs that align with national standards and promote academic excellence.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individualized learning goals through targeted interventions and enrichment activities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders to promote a culture of collaboration, respect, and academic success.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities to contribute to the overall school community and personal growth.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in English Education.
• Specialization in English with a strong foundation (Desired) in media
• Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education, innovation, and lifelong learning.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and beyond.
• Ability to adapt to changing educational trends, technologies, and pedagogies.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
• Must live within a 60 minute distance of Croydon
