Pay: £90 – £95 per day (PAYE)

An outstanding specialist Secondary School in Croydon is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students aged 11–19 with ASD in a nurturing, inclusive and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the learning, development and wellbeing of students with ASD

* Work collaboratively with teachers and the therapy team to deliver tailored strategies

* Assist with personalised educational programmes and interventions

* Encourage independence, communication, and self-confidence in students

* Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive classroom culture

The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience supporting children or young people with ASD/additional needs (desirable but not essential)

* A patient, empathetic and resilient approach

* A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people to reach their potential

* Reliability and commitment to supporting the full academic year
