About the Assistant Site Manager role
You will work closely with the site manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the site.
Support Health & safety compliance and site inductions
Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
Monitoring quality, progress and workmanship
Assisting with site documentation, reports and inspections
Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Requirements needed for the Assistant Site Manager role
Previous experience in a construction with a main contractor - background in residential developments ideal.
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Good organisation and communication skills
Ability to work well as a part of a team
Enthusiasm and drive to progress and develop with the business
Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering desirable
