Unit: 11 L&D beds, 16 postpartum beds, 2 ORs, 2 recovery bays

Ratios: L&D 1:1–1:3 | Postpartum 1:6–1:8

EMR/Equipment:
Epic | fetal monitoring, infant warmers, FSE, IUPC

Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN EFM

Experience:

3+ years | Float: L&D and Postpartum

Must-have skills:
Labor management, FSE/IUPC, epidural care
